How does it work?
Our products contain components that emit an invisible, odorless and non-toxic gas that protects its surroundings against corrosion. The gas molecules emitted are adsorbed by the exposed metal surfaces and prevent the electrochemical corrosion process.
Zerust®/Excor® partner network
The corrosion process begins when moisture in the air settles on a metal surface. Zerust®/Excor® products contain a patented formulation, Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI). VCI molecules settle on the surface of the packaged part and interrupt the electrochemical corrosion process. After removal from the packaging, the product is ready to use.
